One of our favorite pasta dishes is pasta carbonara. The salty pancetta paired with the creamy eggs and spicy black pepper makes it the perfect combination. Why not make this deliciousness into a deviled egg? It's just so easy!
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb pancetta
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbs black pepper
Hard boil the eggs and peel the shells off. Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl. Save the whites for later.
Cook pancetta over low heat for 4 minutes aside or until crispy. Crumble pancetta into small pieces.
Mix pancetta, mayo, yolks, cheese and pepper together. Place a spoonful into each egg white half. Top each egg with remaining pancetta and cheese.
